My Journey to Becoming a Sleep Coach

I was drawn to becoming a Sleep Coach because I saw firsthand how proper rest can change the trajectory of motherhood. I battled good sleep habits for my 2nd baby and quickly figured out that something had to shift for me to be the best mom for my littles.

I am a certified infant & toddler sleep consultant with a background as a pediatric physical therapist. My experience over the years working with families of all different backgrounds has taught me how to effectively support families and their children so they can truly enjoy this special chapter.

Sleep Consulting

  • Newborn Support (0-11 weeks)

    This package is for expecting or new parents looking to best support your babies’ sleep. You’ll learn how to establish good sleep habits from the start giving you the confidence you need.

  • Infant Support (3-17 months)

    Are you feeling overwhelmed by your baby’s sleep challenges? Together, we’ll work on establishing a routine and naps you can count on and giving you back restful nights.

  • Toddler Support (18 months - 5 years)

    It’s not too late for your child to be a great sleeper! This stage has plenty of new challenges from separation anxiety to prolonged bedtimes to crib to bed transitions. We’re here to support you and end bedtime battles and get your evenings back!

  • Most clients see significant improvement within 3-5 days of implementation. If you don’t see full results within 14 days, we’ll provide additional support at no extra cost to you!

  • My sleep plans include methods that are supportive for both you and your child and are tailored to your child’s unique sleep needs, temperament, and parenting style. Each plan is customized with step-by-step guidance to take the guesswork out of the process, so all you need to do is follow simple, manageable steps.

  • I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Parenting as well as a licensed pediatric physical therapist for over 10+ years. I am also a fellow mom of three children who are all great independent sleepers!

  • Teaching a baby good sleep habits can be done at any age, even at the newborn stage. I train families with children anywhere from newborn to 5 years of age.

  • My methods are not harmful and will not hurt your baby or disturb your bond with them. Sleep training has been studied and backed by research proving not harmful for multiple years in the future.
