What is sleep training?
Sleep training is the process of teaching your baby to sleep independently through establishing good sleep habits. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to resort to the cry it out method to teach your baby these skills. Using gentle methods and a completely customized plan for your baby, you can see results in 7 days.
I am hear to support you all along the journey and will be accessible immediately via text or email to answer any of your questions.
What can sleep training help with?
Frequent night wakings, babies’ mood, naps, sleep regressions, early morning waking, daily sleep schedule, pacifier dependency, transitioning toddlers to a bed, nap transitions and nighttime feed weaning.

“Jessica helped ease my transition from maternity leave back to work with sleep training for my 3 month old daughter. Now, she has a set bedtime and wake time, which has allowed me to have a bit of time to myself in the evenings. Jessica also has helped our daughter take longer naps which has made her a happier and more well rested baby overall! I definitely recommend doing the sleep training early on like we did so that you can establish good sleep habits from the start.”
